theres stuff that you learn from retreat that the schools dont teach, your in college right? i dont think it hurts to miss a day….

is it worth it?
my mom keeps discouraging me from going to Guatemala because of how expensive it is. i have to get my app notarized two times which costs money. and i have to pay $50 just to turn in the app. and the trip all together will be about 3k. my mom says that i should use that money to help the people here but it’s not the same thing as reaching out to people that are in devastated countries. and...
today....
i ran around with hula hoops and pretended to be a t-rex with “super sara” while waiting for the adult meeting at church to be over. i love playing with kids. they have this innocent and carefree spirit which i very much like (:

ahhh man. i had like the worst food poisoning ever over the weekend. I have no idea what happened. I threw up so many times. I was sooo weak and had to stay home from church on sun :(. I feel sooo much better now haha. Thank God =).
